Partner with Cabanga TV

Three ways in: carry our programmes, sponsor a programme about someone worth watching, or bring your channel to the library.

On iPhone or iPad: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

The partners table: a media partner and a sponsor shake hands across the season plan while a creator sets up a microphone at the end of the table, the shared programme slate on the screen behind.

Tier one

Media partners

Broadcasters, publishers, digital platforms and event organisers that want serious African business programming on their screens. Media partners exchange programmes and promotion with Cabanga TV: your programmes filed into the 9 Business Channels and credited to you, and Cabanga TV programmes and the twelve magazine editions carried on your platforms.

The terms are set partner by partner - the markets, the formats, the reach and how each side is credited - and agreed in writing before anything runs.

Two newsrooms trade programmes: a partner editor hands a drive across the desk to the Cabanga TV editor while the shared schedule runs on the wall of screens.

Tier two

Content sponsorship

A sponsor funds a programme that Cabanga TV produces about someone else - a civic organisation, a community project, an association, a school or an institution whose story deserves to be told. The programme carries the sponsor's credit and is published on Cabanga TV and on the Cabanga YouTube channel.

A law firm can sponsor a programme on a legal aid organisation it believes in; a bank can sponsor one on a business association in its market. Cabanga TV produces the programme to the network's editorial standard, the subject of the programme approves what is said about it, and the sponsor is credited as the sponsor. Every programme is quoted on its own brief.

A sponsored shoot at a community hall: the crew films the head of a civic organisation at work with members while the sponsor's representative follows the take on the monitor.

Tier three

Collaborators

Content creators and podcasters who make serious programmes about African business, economics, money and the people building the continent. Collaborators bring their channel or podcast into the Cabanga TV library - filed to the channel and desk that fit it, and credited to them - and make programmes with the Cabanga TV team.

There is no fee to be considered. Send the link to your channel or podcast and tell us what you make.

A creator studio: a podcaster records an episode at the desk on the microphone with the ring light on, while a Cabanga TV producer beside her checks the levels on a tablet.
